Stranded assets

There is a growing schism between growth assets (high tech, resilient, high sustainability rating) and value assets (low tech, cyclical, low sustainability rating); it’s as though 90 per cent of investors were exclusively interested in owning 10 per cent of assets. But who will buy and manage these stranded assets as the world transitions to a high-tech, net-zero emission environment?
