Out of multiple sites in seven states we decided on Nash County for our new U.S plant site location, because of the strategic location, along I-95, and right in the center of the East Coast corridor. A majority of our targeted customers and consumers are located on the East Coast, based on a Logistics Study that was done by an external consulting company. Other important factors that were favorable was the good climate, the availability of a competent and non-union work force, attractive incentives, lower operating costs, the proximity of most of our raw material suppliers, a pro-business environment, and a business park with a professional appearance/infrastructure/accessibility. We absolutely do not regret our decision and we are planning to expand our business operation in Nash County, NC in the near future.
