November 13, 2020 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Join us for a discussion with Helen Parsonage about her recent win before the U.S. Supreme Court in the case of Nasrallah v. Barr, which held that federal courts have jurisdiction to hear appeals from non-citizens with criminal convictions who fear they will be tortured if they are removed. This is an interactive session, so please send any questions in advance to amurguia@lichterimmigration.com.
