The intent of the Member Connects are to allow our members a chance to get to know each other, and for our members to get help from the MTEC ecosystem. Members will have an opportunity to make an ask and we are counting on the MTEC ecosystem to respond to those asks. MTEC strongly encourages our M-Corps partners and all MTEC members to attend all Member Connects to help our fellow members solve their current challenges.

Member Connect Format:

  • MTEC members will have an option to register as either a Requesting Member or Supporting Member.
  • To fit within the allocated timeframe, MTEC will limit Requesting Members to the first 30 who register.
  • No slides needed for this presentation.
  • MTEC will review for a fit with the technology focus area and approve registrations by Requesting Members.
  • We will send a registration list prior to each webinar for sharing contact information and will give a heads up on the order for presenting their asks.

How to Participate in a Member Connect

There are two ways to register:

Has 90 seconds to provide a quick overview of their organization and make an ask to Supporting members.

  • A 90 second countdown will appear on the screen when you begin your pitch
  • No slides needed
  • Request Examples
    • Key opinion leader info
    • Connection to a business or regulatory expert
    • Connection to a CMO or CRO
    • Recommendation of a user testing site

Provides advice and information to Requesting Members after each 90 second ask.

  • Respond by “raising your hand” via zoom reactions or type into the chat box
  • Supporting Members do not do a 90 second ask
  • We welcome you to take the conversation offline
  • There is no limit to registration for Supporting Members and we encourage all MTEC members to attend.
