It was always a terrible user experience with frequent glitches. Now it just doesn't even work anymore at all, have to use the website, which is also a horrible user experience. I wish we could go back to throwing coins in the basket at the toll, I'd prefer stopping and throwing 26 quarters into the basket each way, than fighting with this nonsense.

It's not very user-friendly like the NJ E-ZPass is, but it kind of works. Edit 08.24.22: App is completely unusable. It won't load after logging in. I have to uninstall and reinstall it for each use. Utter trash... Edit 01.31.24. Still routinely is unusable. It's still a trash app... Edit 03.12.24. I can't replenish my account as the pay button stays grayed out...

Major pain in the butt! I've been using the website for 25 years, a little finicky but it works. Been using it with one-time payments for years. Now app requires autopay. It stinks. Enrolling in the app is a huge time suck. It took many tries and changing the password and clearing the cache. UX is terrible, Hope they don't make it worse than it already is. Pixel 8, Android 14
