In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we closed our permit counters to the public. To help applicants, we began providing online options to engage with our teams, but we know there are opportunities for improvement.  With new public health guidance, we are making plans to offer in-person services again. We want to take this opportunity to learn what virtual services are working for you and what in-person services you’re missing. Additionally, we are interested in your thoughts on how we might better coordinate services between both the Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT) and the Seattle Department of Construction and Inspections (SDCI).
