Interest in owning electric vehicles (EVs) has arguably never been higher, but many people aren’t sure what it means to plug in. That’s why we will be hosting a special event on EVs and alternative transportation methods at Mt. Lebanon’s annual Earth Day celebration in the Main Park from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday, April 24th.

Experts and information regarding how to charge at home and on the road, what private and public incentives are available, and the environmental impact of making the switch will be available throughout the event. Additional resources will be provided by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, Duquesne Light, Pittsburgh Region Clean Cities and others.
There will also be a mini-EV car show in the Commissioners’ Lot with local owners on hand to answer questions and share their experiences as well as the latest information on ebikes and scooters and how to use them safely.
A full presentation and group Q & A will occur at 1pm at Pavilion #1 for those interested.
Earth Day in Lebo is always a fun event, and we look forward to seeing you there!
