Memorial Day is just around the corner. For many, this is a time to gather with family and friends for parades, picnics and other outdoor celebrations - and that is a great American pastime. But this weekend also marks a solemn tradition where we remember and thank those servicemen and women who gave their lives as members of our armed services in furtherance of our freedom.
