Telecommunicators Complete NCC Certification Course

Employees from Rocky Mount and Winston Salem Police Departments completed the Telecommunicator Certification Course at Nash Community College on May 17, 2021. The 50-hour course, governed by the North Carolina Sheriffs’ Education and Training Standards Commission, is designed to teach telecommunicators how to answer calls for service and to dispatch appropriate personnel to the call.
