I open the app, enter my three phone number, and the "enter" button does not work. Nothing happens, I've tried every format possible, nothing happens. I literally cannot use your app. App also crashed 5 times beforehand because I was attempting to use my keyboards paste function. Given your other recent reviews, looks like you need a stability/functionality update ASAP. I've downloaded both apps. The app I'm reviewing is the one I'm having trouble with (the one with white background)

Terrible, terrible app. I've only been with Three for two months but I've had constant problems. For a start, the app (well, shoddy web wrapper) looks like it's been designed by a five year old, and is completely unfit for purpose, both cosmetically but more importantly for the inability to access one's account - it doesn't work, I can't even log in. On that note, the landing page should not be adverts for other Three products/services, it should be my main account screen. Absolutely awful.

My experience. I had to send a text and then noticed I had run out of credits. No problem, I launched the app to topup. Nope! The app launches with overlay message "Time to upgrade.... " (must update the app). Like seriously, how can I use the app at my time of need when it has been rendered useless. I question the decision implementation that disables the use of the app once an update has been rolled out. What is the point of the app if I end up dialling the 444 option prompts to topup? 🤔
